Our team will provide you with a quotation that includes the porcelain price, air freight to your company, and custom packaging costs. You'll need to confirm your order with us.
After confirming your order, you'll need to pay a 50% deposit by credit card, bank transfer, WeChat, or Alipay.
If you require custom-made samples with your own design or private logo, there is a fee. Once you approve the sample by photos, videos, or in-person inspection, we'll proceed with material preparation, production, and quality control inspection.
Our team will notify you to pay the remaining 50% balance. Once we receive your payment, we'll arrange courier shipment by air.
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the products within 7 days for any quality or breakage issues. Contact our team for a quick solution.
