These custom-designed ceramic dinner sets can be personalized with your name and logo or to commemorate your special event. Please allow a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks for custom orders to arrive from China. We offer a wide variety of gift suggestions that can be personalized and shipped directly to your event location. California Sources staff will send you a quotation that includes the porcelain price, air or ocean freight to your company, and custom packaging costs. Once you confirm your order with us, you can proceed to the next step.
To secure your order, please pay a 50% deposit by credit card, bank transfer, WeChat, or Alipay. We will then send you a sales confirmation via email.
Custom-made samples with your design or logo require an additional fee. After your sample passes our quality control inspection, our factory will proceed with material preparation and production.
Once your order is ready, we will send a notice to pay the remaining 50% balance. After we receive the balance payment, we will arrange logistics shipment by air or sea. We will also release shipping documents or an airway bill to you.
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the products carefully. If there are any quality issues or broken items, please contact California Sources staff within 7 days for a quick resolution.
